Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online through the PC/Desktop.

• Conduct property inspections and capture photographic evidence.
• Collect property details and assess overall condition.
• Generate and submit reports promptly through the designated platform.

• Reliable vehicle for travel to inspections.
• Computer running Windows 10 or newer.
• Smartphone or digital camera for photos.
• Reliable home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
