• Provide legal support in regulatory, legislative, litigation, and transactional matters
• Represent energy companies and large industrial users in negotiations and power purchase agreements
• Advise on state and federal utility regulations

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
• Experience in litigation, regulatory, and legislative matters for the energy industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
