Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales / Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory control processes and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

  Accurately tracks stock quantities, locations, and condition.

  Proficient in updating inventory in POS/ERP systems.

  Quickly resolves stock discrepancies.

  Efficiently handles cycle counts, orders, and urgent tasks.

• Inventory Systems:
  Skilled in POS/ERP platforms (e.g., Paladin, Net Suite, SAP).
• Excel & Reporting:
  Creates and interprets spreadsheets and inventory reports.
• Order Processing:
  Knowledgeable in POs, receiving, and stock transfers.

• Team Player:
  Collaborates well with sales, buyers, and warehouse teams.
• Clear Communicator:
  Effectively reports inventory status and issues.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Manages orders, deliveries, and returns with suppliers.

• Creative support for marketing and merchandising is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly valued.
