• Salary: $17.29/hr
• Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 paid after 90 days, $500 after 180 days). Eligibility requires no documented performance or attendance issues.
• Gas Card: Free gas up to $3,900 annual value or free bus passes.

• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms and casino areas as assigned.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness of the casino.
• Adhere to company, department, and Maverick cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
• Sanitize, clean, polish, wax, dust and maintain all touchpoints (woodwork, windows, slot machines, elevators, wall fixtures, TVs, floors, walls) throughout the shift, excluding the kitchen.
• Sweep, mop stairwells, sidewalks, and gutters.
• Deliver guest satisfaction through exemplary service.
• Clean locker rooms and break rooms regularly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety procedures and using required equipment.
• Identify and report unsafe practices or conditions to a supervisor.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
• Continuously remove trash from the casino.
• Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Ability to follow security policies and report violations.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, courtesy, cooperativeness, minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient in spoken, read, and written English.
• Superior guest‑relation skills.
