Onsite Property Manager

Summit Resort Group is hiring for multiple positions in a busy property management office in Frisco! We serve Summit County through HOA management, vacation and long-term rentals, real estate, and home care services. We’re looking for motivated, dependable people with a positive attitude to join our team.
HIRING: ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGER

Frisco, CO | Full-time, in person | $25-$26/hour

Below-market housing available if needed Oversee daily property operations: opening duties, property/mechanical room inspections, cleaning, trash/pet waste removal, snow shoveling, lawn care, lighting/timers, key management, security checks, seasonal heat settings/heat tape, minor troubleshooting, owner assistance, contractor coordination, and daily hot tub checks/chemical balancing (CPO)

Typically 8 a.m.

-5 p.m. and emergency phone coverage once weekly.

Positive attitude, honesty, responsiveness, reliability, initiative, willingness to learn/follow instructions and adapt, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to commute to Frisco.
