Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at vendor management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The Facilities Manager will partner closely with department leaders and external service providers to ensure facility issues are addressed efficiently while maintaining a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will bring strong program and process management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations for one or more locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, maintenance activities, and vendor coordination.
• Develop, implement, and improve facilities processes, procedures, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with department leaders to identify facility needs, prioritize projects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Source and obtain vendor proposals, bids, and service quotes.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service-level expectations are met.
• Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, preventative maintenance programs, and facility improvement projects.
• Track project timelines, budgets, approvals, and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, and other service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and facility regulations.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding facility projects, issues, and operational improvements.
