Job Overview
Total Welding Inc. (TWI) is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Project Manager to join our project management team. This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in commercial steel erection who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You’ll manage projects from handoff to closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and schedule alignment, all while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Participate in estimating handoff meetings and review project specs.
- Develop schedules of values, confirm crane needs, and secure insurance/bonds if needed.
- Drawing Management – Maintain current drawings and specs; ensure field crews have the latest versions.
- Site Visits & Communication – Conduct job walks, maintain regular contact with general contractors, fabricators, and field teams; coordinate with other PMs to manage labor, scheduling, and resources.
- Track labor, rentals, and crane use for budget compliance.
- Source cost-effective equipment, coordinate off-rent timing, and reduce idle expenses.
- Submit Change Orders (CORs), manage approval tracking, and align billing with fabricators.
- Input monthly billing into Foundation software and support accounts receivable (A/R) collections.
- Project Closeout – Finalize billing, participate in project reviews, and provide team performance feedback.
- Manpower & Supervision – Oversee field labor needs, coordinate with union hall, and enforce safety compliance.
- Professional Expectations – 45-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM); proactive, growth-oriented, and open to feedback; attend weekly staff meetings in Bennett, CO; collaborate with other PMs to optimize resource allocation.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Steel experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage high-security projects.
- US citizens with ability to pass background checks for military bases, airports, and data centers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Denver Metro area.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approx. 45 hours/week. Work hours typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM with flexibility as needed.
LocationHybrid role based near Denver, CO. Required to work in the Bennett, CO office 3–4 days/week initially. Local site visits and some travel may be required.
