We’re seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our Florence branch as both a Senior Commercial Loan Officer and Branch Manager . This dual‑role position blends strategic lending expertise with hands‑on operational leadership. You’ll drive loan growth, mentor junior staff, and ensure our branch delivers exceptional service, compliance, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities- Originate, structure, and manage commercial and real estate loans (typically under $2M)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted financial advisor
- Collaborate with credit and executive teams to shape lending strategy and portfolio quality
- Identify market opportunities and expand the bank’s footprint through referrals and outreach
- Participate in management of the loan portfolio, including monitoring credit quality and identifying early warning signs of problem credits
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service excellence
- Supervise and support branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure consistent service delivery
- Represent the bank in local business, civic, and industry forums
- Monitor branch performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning
- Lead hiring, training, and development of branch personnel
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or real estate lending
- Proven ability to structure complex deals and navigate nuanced credit decisions
- Leadership experience in branch or team management
- Strong relationships in the Fremont County business community or similar markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational compliance
- Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to client service and team development
