Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, operations, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated project management experience
• Lean experience required
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations teams to deliver concurrent safety projects with a focus on safe, profitable, and timely completion
• Provide direct oversight of operations and project management, emphasizing execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Drive integration of systems and people during mergers and acquisitions
• Champion change management and implement continuous improvement processes and lean principles
• Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, estimating, engineering, safety, and supply chain teams
• Own operational budgets, margin performance, P&L accountability, and cost control
