Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee construction initiatives to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
- Develop and assess organizational strategies by providing valuable feedback and recommendations.
- Assign project responsibilities based on team members' strengths, expertise, and experience levels.
- Track and evaluate project outcomes to ensure short-term and long-term objectives are met.
- Generate and manage modifications to the project scope as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
- Demonstrate expertise in overseeing large-scale heavy civil construction projects.
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities and effectively manage project teams.
- Show proficiency in authorizing financial paperwork, handling change orders, and monitoring project budgets.
- Adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate experience in task delegation and monitoring project progress.
- Possess knowledge of construction management software such as Viewpoint, B2W, and HCSS (preferred).
- Showcase excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
