Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates;
Tour to Teach and communicate with all levels of staff regarding store operations, initiatives, and company direction;
Provide feedback, implement action plans, and lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience;
Drive and monitor store financial performance, including reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses;
Supervise and develop hourly associates, recruit and mentor, set expectations, and promote a belonging mindset.
