Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Surface Supervisor
Provide direction and supervision to hourly employees responsible for surface mining activities, including but not limited to surface coal handling and maintenance activities, wash plant and loadout operations and maintenance and compressor stations.
Target responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that operational objectives are met in a safe and timely manner and in compliance within environmental regulations
- Planning, organizing, scheduling and coordinating surface activities with all levels of the organization
- Ensuring availability of necessary parts and tools as necessary
- Actively supporting and promoting Behavioral Based Safety (BBS)

Pay rate:
Salaried Non-Exempt (EX) 09 | $93,830 - $140,740 annually
Eligible for Performance Recognition Plan (bonus)
