ProjectManager – Olathe, Kansas
You will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
Job Responsibilities- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules.
- Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.
- Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience with a desire to grow a career in the building materials / construction industry
- Candidates with high attention to detail and a drive to succeed are welcomed!
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP (IFS) or Procore systems preferred
- Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving skills
