Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our Value Ops Financial Intelligence Solution, bringing together AI, Cloud Financial Management, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), Dev Ops, and engineering analytics into a single intelligent operating model.

This leader will build and lead engineering teams responsible for delivering AI-powered capabilities that help enterprises optimize technology investments, improve engineering productivity, manage cloud financial operations, and connect strategic planning with engineering execution.

Working across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Cloud Operations, and AI Platform teams, this role will define the next generation of Value Ops by embedding intelligence into every stage of the software lifecycle.

• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid Fin Ops capabilities.

• Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Deliver an integrated AI solution connecting Hybrid Cloud Fin Ops, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), engineering metrics, and business value realization.

• Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.

• Deliver AI-powered capabilities including:

  • Cloud cost optimization

  • Capacity forecasting

  • Intelligent budgeting

  • Portfolio recommendations

  • Investment planning

  • Tokenomics

  • Executive insights

  • AI-assisted engineering operations

• Partner with AI platform teams to leverage LLMs, AI Agents, MCP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge platforms.

• Build Modern Cloud Financial Management Solutions

• Implement Dev Sec Ops  and Secure-by-Design practices.

• Improve software quality and operational efficiency through automation.

• Deliver End-to-End Value Ops

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Finance to connect strategy with execution by enabling:

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.

• 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.

• Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products.

• Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business leaders.
