Responsibilities
- Lead program execution discipline across aerospace initiatives ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Help keep aerospace programs organized, on schedule, and aligned across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems across the company.
- Support engineering with testing, analysis, and prototype development.
- Run operations: planning, logistics, documentation, vendor coordination.
- Work on partnerships, proposals, and communication with customers or agencies.
- Build scrappy solutions, tools, or processes when something doesn’t exist yet.
- Extremely fast learner; comfortable jumping into new domains.
- Strong problem-solver with clear communication and structured thinking.
- Bias toward action - able to take ownership and deliver without needing direction.
- Comfortable working on both technical and non-technical tasks.
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to operate under uncertainty.
