Drive student growth and confidence - Full support:
All curriculum, tools, and training provided - Grow fast:
Clear path to multi‑center ownership - Own your P&L: 35+ hrs/wk, 5–6 days (flexible within limits)
- Assess students, craft custom plans, and close enrollments
- Be the face:
Greet families, handle comms, resolve concerns - Hire, train, and lead tutors; analyze reports to hit goals
- Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
- Full-time availability (Mon–Sat, 32+ hrs)
- Passion for kids, teams, and results
- Pass background check
