This position is a member of our External Relations Division.
Here's What You'll Be Doing- Plan, oversee, and monitor Take Care of Texas (TCOT) program activities to ensure commitments are met in a timely manner with accurate and complete projects.
- Oversee content and close coordination with division management to ensure alignment with agency goals.
- Perform personnel management functions, which include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff, performance management, etc.
- Oversee the management of the TCOT contract in accordance with the GAP manual.
- Track the TCOT budget and make budget recommendations to section manager.
- Communicate program information to employees, management, internal and external stakeholders, and customers through verbal communication, correspondence, meetings, and presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher from an accredited college or university in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
- Experience planning, developing, and implementing marketing or outreach campaigns.
- One year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Experience in the administration of a program relevant to assignment.
OR
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment.
