ProjectExecutive
Intermountain Electric Inc. (IME) is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team. The Project Executive will oversee multiple projects and project teams, analyze available resources, allocate resources appropriately, implement and enhance processes and procedures, ensure compliance with policies and safety protocols, manage budgets, provide leadership and mentorship to teams, and contribute to the organization s overall initiatives.
What You ll Do- Key Responsibilities
:- Project Planning:
Review project plans and contracts with each project manager (PM) including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and cost to complete. Assign tasks, set expectations, and guide to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to milestones. Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to minimize disruptions. Conduct monthly project reviews with each project team to ensure safety, change order management, schedule, and quality of work. - Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures. Conduct regular inspections and address quality concerns. Hold regular status meetings and coordinate monthly reviews to align schedule, safety, administration, and profitability. Review materials with PMs, vendors, and purchasing to keep the project on track. - Budget Management:
Manage project financials and overhead; conduct risk analysis and mitigation. Review cost and schedule impacts of changes and assist PMs in notifying stakeholders. - Collaborative Leadership:
Oversee daily project efforts, provide leadership and mentorship, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Develop the project team through training, feedback, and guidance. - Industry Networking:
Promote the company s values and build relationships with clients, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Demonstrate integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.

What You ll Bring- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
:- Strong due diligence and risk assessment capabilities.
- Impeccable integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate messages, persuade, and explain complex information to varied audiences.
- Strong understanding of productivity trackers, schedules, manpower projections, and hiring needs in construction projects.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel to various construction sites on a frequent basis.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Blue Beam, and Accubid.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, motivate and develop diverse project teams.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction in large-scale commercial environments.
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to stay informed of market trends.
- Thorough understanding of safety standards in electrical construction.
- 10+ years’ project management experience, overseeing the total execution of large industrial and/or commercial electrical projects.
