Location: Monument
Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Manager for Marq at Monument Ridge. Lead the maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure curb appeal and safety across the property.
You will work closely with the Community Manager to meet budget goals and respond to after-hours emergencies. The role requires strong supervisory and communication skills, EPA/CAMT/OSHA/CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license.
