Machine Operator

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Location: Broomfield, CO

Position Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Hire

• Work alongside a collaborative machine shop team that partners closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

• Hands-on role where your machining skills directly impact quality and productivity.

• Set up and operate conventional and automatic machining equipment.
• Machine parts from blueprints and process sheets to precise tolerances.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Set up and run the Omax water jet.
• Troubleshoot minor machine or process issues.
• Manage raw materials, inventory counts, and material handling tasks while following all safety standards.

• 1+ year of machine shop or related machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to precise tolerances.
• Comfort adding and subtracting decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Commitment to safety and clear communication.
