Fabricator- Sculpture

Summary

We are seeking skilled Project Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, structural welding, and steel fabrication. This position involves the fabrication of components for both standard and custom products using steel and various other materials. Candidates must be team‑oriented and bring a positive attitude to the job.

• Fabricate components for standard and custom products using steel and other materials
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Ensure quality control by checking and identifying all components
• Maintain productivity levels as specified by supervisor or lead
• Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead
• Work as a team player and collaborate closely with others
• Be able to lift or hold heavy items as required

• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction trades
• Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience
• Structural welding certification required

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.

• Forklift license or ability to pass forklift test to be certified by Play Core
• Read blueprints
• Read tape measure
