This position will support Prescott's, Inc.
In this role, you will support the hands‑on assembly, refurbishment, and servicing of medical devices by preparing, organizing, and maintaining the parts and supplies required for production. You will work closely with service technicians and assembly teams to ensure components are properly inspected, staged, and available for use, contributing directly to the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our medical equipment operations.
This position is well‑suited for someone with a technical or mechanical background who enjoys working with parts, tools, and processes in a production‑focused environment rather than traditional inventory control.
This position will be worked onsite at our facility in Monument, CO.
Responsibilities- Assemble and maintain inventory of medical device parts and supplies.
- Oversee the effective management of inventory by conducting testing, determining disposition, and maintaining appropriate levels of finished goods stock.
- Enhance inventory management, assist with production needs, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure precise and prompt stock replenishment.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Organize and label parts for easy identification and access.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with assembly and refurbishment teams to ensure parts availability for production schedules.
- Implement and maintain best practices for parts storage and organization.
- Support quality assurance efforts by inspecting incoming parts for conformity to specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of experience in technical or mechanical positions, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to assemble, handle, and manipulate small components accurately as part of routine job duties.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to learn about new technologies and inventory systems.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test prior to starting position.
- Familiarity with medical device components.
- Experience in refurbishing or assembling small parts.
- Experience using inventory management software.
Pay Rate: $24.04 per hour
