Job Store Staffing is seeking Construction Production Worker for a client in the construction manufacturing industry in Chaffee County. In this role, you will work on a factory production line helping build high-quality products. This is a great opportunity for dependable construction individuals who enjoy hands-on work. Pay/ Hours

• Monday - Friday 10-hour shifts
• $25 - 28/hr depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

Construction Production Worker assist with various stages of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities may include working in one or more of the following areas:

• Framing and structural assembly
• Equipment operation
• Receiving, staging, and preparing materials
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Painting and surface preparation
• Plumbing installation
• Electrical work
• Carpentry and general construction tasks
• Interior finishing (flooring, doors, trim, cabinetry, etc.)
• Exterior finishing (sheathing, windows, siding, doors, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all safety procedures and production standards
• Reporting production issues to supervisors when they arise
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A strong construction background is highly desirable
• Ability to read a tape measure and properly use a nail gun
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Adaptable and open to learning different tasks throughout the production process
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, or stoop when needed
