** Job Summary*
* Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate for a Level I Machining role. This position operates machines and production equipment to meet quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited supervision.

** Machining Responsibilities*
* + Rotate through various workstations within the machining area

+ Clean cranks and cylinder blocks using power washing equipment

+ Perform detailed inspections of crankshafts and cylinder blocks

+ Manual cleaning of cylinder block surfaces and threaded holes with power tools and abrasives

+ Operate basic polishing machines

+ Use cranes and measurement tools such as bore gauges and micrometers

+ Follow documented instructions and record process results

+ Support problem-solving investigations

+ Skilled operators may run a milling machine

+ Execute all tasks while meeting Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements

+ Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards

+ Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and regulations

+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment

+ Promote team safety and environmental awareness

* + Follow standard operating procedures and quality controls (SPC, poka-yoke, etc.)

+ Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming material

+ Ensure all documentation and records are accurate

+ Raise concerns to minimize cost and quality exposures

** Production & Maintenance*
* + Achieve production goals in line with engineering standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace

+ Complete planned operator care and maintenance tasks

+ Stay flexible and perform miscellaneous duties as needed

+ Work collaboratively with peers and support teams to address equipment needs

* + High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Machine operation experience

+ Familiarity with hand tools

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

+ Must meet any applicable export controls or licensing requirements
