PALLET REPAIR

As an Automated Pallet Repairer
, you’ll build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood daily to fulfill our customers’ needs. This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more you earn.

Hourly Pay: $15.16/hr or piece rate: $0.35 per pallet (average $25/hr). The position also offers holiday pay and daily pay options.

1st Shift Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

Location:

8221 East 96th Avenue, Unit C, Henderson, CO 80640.

• Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble pallets using a nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished products by hand for forklift operators to move them to appropriate areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain high quality standards while producing a high volume of finished goods.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move pallets weighing approximately 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing is highly preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50–75 pounds and frequent bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting and standing for entire shifts.
