Our client, a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting various construction and pallet manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: day

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber
• Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition
• Sort and separate pallets based on damage and grade
• Assist with general construction and material handling tasks
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly
• Quick hands with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
