Quality Inspector Overall Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for visual, mechanical and dimensional characteristics.
• Document deviations against requirements and specifications.
• Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices and operating procedures.
• Visually inspect products using magnification, sampling methods, first‑article checks and AOI machines.
• Enter inspection results into MES systems.
• Lot release and batch record archiving.
• Prepare and maintain inspection documentation.
• Assist with training of coworkers.
• Perform roving audits in manufacturing flow cells.
• Comply with safety, health and security procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year experience in medical device or pharmaceutical inspection.

Experience with Microsoft PC applications and MRP/ERP systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments preferred.

The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 – $26.73. Job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and internal equity.
