Location: Bristol
Genesis Manufacturing & Distribution, a leader in medical plastics production, is seeking a 3rd Shift Lead Operator to manage packaging equipment, troubleshoot on the floor, and lead operators to maintain production aligned with stringent QC standards.
You will train Operator I and II, coordinate with Injection Mold Shift Coordinators, QC, and Operations to ensure proper coverage and efficient workflow in a 24‑hour facility. The role requires self-motivation and strong teamwork.
