• Proven fabrication and MIG welding experience (TIG is a plus).
• Excellent craftsmanship and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable, self‑driven team players with a strong work ethic.
• A “get it done right” mentality and pride in your work.

• Fluent in English (read/write/speak).
• Able to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on lifts.
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Willing to invest in personal tools.
• OSHA training and forklift certification (or willing to obtain).

• 5+ years in signage or custom metal fabrication.
• Welding certifications or vocational training.
• Experience with sign electrical or structural installation.

• Full-time – Monday–Friday – 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work.
