OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Associate role exists to assist on the Production Floor. The incumbent shall be responsible for lumping, loadings skids, preparing finished product for outbound shipment as well as operating production line equipment (as required).
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse or Production environment
- Food industry experience an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout during the workday
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including evenings/weekends
