Material Handler

Title:

Material Handler – Department Stockroom and Shipping.

Location:

Niwot, Colorado (100% on‑site). Reports to Logistics Supervisor.

Particle Measuring Systems is a global leader in micro‑contamination monitoring equipment for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. The company is headquartered in Niwot, Colorado.

We are seeking a Material Handler to support the Supply Chain Team with shipping, receiving, inventory management and material handling tasks.

• Perform routine and exceptional material handling activities, including pulling kits, issuing materials, and providing support for material requests.
• Handle receiving, returns and filling shortages, and assist with customer pulls.
• Maintain warehouse and stockroom through parts rotation, stocking, pre‑bagging and pre‑packing of finished goods.
• Conduct cycle counts, identify inventory errors and follow good inventory practices.
• Perform data entry and audits to ensure material accuracy.
• Work effectively with team members to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
• Operate forklift as needed (training provided).
• Identify tasks and work toward completion, evaluating processes for improvements in efficiency, quality and safety.

• One year of related experience in a manufacturing, shipping or warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

This is a 100% on‑site, in‑office position. Standard schedule is 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves sitting, standing and using a computer for extended periods. Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs. may be required. Reasonable accommodation is available.

Competitive base salary of $22.50 per hour. The compensation philosophy is based on market data and can include flexibility for experience. Benefits include:
