Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Set up CNC mills and lathes for aerospace parts, ensuring repeatable, first-article quality on weekend shift;
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to align offsets and tooling;
Troubleshoot machining/setup issues quickly to minimize downtime;
Maintain setup sheets and tooling lists; perform basic process documentation;
Complete routine preventive maintenance on machines and equipment
