Production Scheduler

Pilatus is hiring a Production Scheduler to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating the integrated production schedule to support aircraft completions, modifications, maintenance activities, and component manufacturing. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to optimize resource utilization, identify schedule risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Develops, maintains, and manages detailed production schedules in alignment with the master aircraft delivery schedule and company objectives
• Analyzes aircraft specifications, project requirements, labor availability, and resource capacity to establish realistic production plans and schedules
• Coordinates workflow and schedule activities across multiple departments including Seating, Fabrication, Pre-Assembly, Installation, Paint, Avionics, Structures, Aircraft Maintenance, and Component Repair
• Evaluates production capacity, labor loading, and departmental constraints to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
• Monitors work-in-process, schedule adherence, and milestone completion to ensure production targets and customer delivery commitments are achieved
• Works closely with department leaders to assess progress, identify risks, and develop recovery plans for schedule disruptions

• 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus

• The salary range for this position is $69, 200 - $94, 018 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
