Equinox Gold Corp. is seeking Plant Operators for their Castle Mountain mine site, located approximately 80 miles south of Henderson, Nevada. Plant Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining carbon adsorption systems and supporting gold extraction processes in a dynamic mining environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced processing systems and collaborate with a safety-focused team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a productive mining operation.

• Annual pay range: $70,926.00 - $81,411.00 based on experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year working around pumps or industrial plants
• Ability to communicate and write in English
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office software
• Ability to prioritize work and work under minimal supervision
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working on uneven surfaces
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and around chemicals, large equipment, and industrial hazards
• Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, etc.)
