Location: Broomfield
BEGA North America Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Lead for the assembly cell to supervise up to four teammates, drive 5S improvements, and solve problems to meet production targets.
You will mentor staff, coordinate with the assembly Supervisor/Sr Lead, and apply BEGA’s quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has two years of assembly experience or BEGA product knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
