Tru Stile Doors LLC is seeking a Pre-Production Specialist to support accurate, efficient manufacturing of premium architectural doors at our Henderson, CO facility. In this role, you will review work orders and technical drawings, prepare job packets and labels, and verify materials, measurements, and configurations before release to the production floor. You will coordinate with production, engineering, and scheduling to resolve discrepancies, maintain data in production systems, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Review work orders, drawings, and specifications for custom door jobs
- Prepare pre-production documentation, labels, and job packets
- Coordinate materials, components, and hardware before release to production
- Verify measurements, quantities, and configurations for accuracy
- Perform basic quality and completeness checks before production start
- Update and maintain data in production/ERP systems
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and scheduling teams to resolve issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor
