Machinist I – Tube Shop
Pay Range: $24-26/hr
Location:
Broomfield, CO
Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire

- Consistent 2nd shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:30 PM.

How you'll spend your time as a Machinist I:
- Plan, layout, set up, and operate conventional and automatic machines.
- Work from blueprints, process sheets, and sketches on production tasks.
- Cut and shape metal to precision dimensions.
- Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances.
- Identify and repair minor machine malfunctions as needed.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Machinist I:
- 1+ year of related machine shop experience preferred.
- Ability to add and subtract decimals.
- High school diploma or technical certification required.
- 2+ years of related machining experience required.
- Proficient operating machines and reading blueprints/technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling
