Practicante de Mejora Continua

Kohler is seeking a Practicante de Mejora Continua to support process optimization in our manufacturing operations. Working with engineers and production teams, you'll collect and analyze data, map processes, support Kaizen and 5S initiatives, and help implement standard work and visual controls. You'll document improvements, prepare reports, and track KPIs to drive safety, quality, and productivity. In Kohler's culture of craftsmanship and innovation, you'll gain hands-on experience with Lean tools, sustainable practices, and global manufacturing standards while developing technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and analysis for manufacturing processes
• Map processes and identify waste and improvement opportunities
• Assist in planning and executing Kaizen and 5
• S events
• Help implement standard work, visual controls, and basic Lean tools
• Track and report KPIs related to safety, quality, and productivity
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and improvement reports
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and operators on initiatives
• Support sustainability and efficiency projects in production areas
