Machine Operators/Packagers

We are hiring Machine Operators/Packagers in Monument Colorado!

Shifts & Pay:

Temporary (Contract) Pay Rates:

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hr

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $17.00/hr + 10% shift differential (=$18.70/hr)

3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $17.00/hr + 15% shift differential (=$19.55/hr)

Upon Permanent Conversion:

All shifts move to a $20.00/hr base rate

Shift differentials are applied on top of the $20/hr base only for 2nd and 3rd shifts

2nd Shift: $20/hr + 10% differential (for hours worked)

3rd Shift: $20/hr + 15% differential (for hours worked)

1st shift sees a $3/hr increase upon conversion (from $17/hr to $20/hr base pay)

What You'll Do:

Load metal rods into production machinery (requires bending, lifting, and standing)

Operate machines used to manufacture medical components

Package medical products in a cleanroom environment

Use labeling and packaging equipment

Transfer finished goods to quality control

Assist with general production and packaging tasks as needed

Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift

Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced, industrial environment

Reliable attendance and strong punctuality

Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company

This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
