Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000
,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum) of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!
Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.
- Learnanddemonstratetechnical/functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.
Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills. - Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,cost savings,andqualityimprovements.
- Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performance recognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.
- Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.
- Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.
- Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.
- Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.
- Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,and workforce.
- Integrate Leprino Qualityintoallaspectsoftheprogramasevidencedbydemonstratingcontinuousimprovement ,teamworkwithco-workers,distinguishedcustomerservice,andstrivingforperfection.
- Majorchallengesofthispositionaretocoordinatemanufacturingprocessvitaltomanufactureconsistenthigh-qualityproductstomeetcustomerdemands,assistleadingemployees,andrecognizeopportunitiestoimprovecheeseornutritionqualityandcost.
