Position Overview As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and business growth. This position is responsible for optimizing production processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product launches, andensuringmanufacturingstandardsareconsistentlyachieved.

What you'll do Leadprocessimprovementinitiativestoenhancesafety,quality,efficiency,andproductivityacrossmanufacturingoperations.

Develop,implement,andmaintainstandardworkprocedures,process documentation,andcycletimesforproductionprocesses.

Conductprocessanalysis,Gembawalks,androotcauseinvestigationstoidentifyopportunitiesandimplementcorrectiveactions.

Leadandsupportcross-functionalteamsinachievingprocessperformancetargetsandcontinuousimprovementgoals.

DevelopandmaintainPFMEAstoidentifyprocessrisksanddrivedefectpreventionactivities.

Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs),ensuringtimelyandeffectiveimplementationofprocesschanges.

Supportnewproductandprocesslaunches,includingcapacityvalidation,process readiness,andoperationalperformancerequirements.

AnalyzemanufacturingdataandKPImetricstoimprovethroughput,reducescrapandrework,andoptimizeresourceutilization.

Who you are Bachelor'sdegreein

Engineering(Mechanical,Industrial,Manufacturing,orrelateddiscipline) orequivalentexperience.

Minimumof3yearsof Process Engineeringexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment ;5+years preferred.

Experienceleadingcontinuousimprovement,Lean Manufacturing,oroperationalexcellenceinitiatives.

Demonstratedabilitytoanalyzedata,solvecomplexproblems,andimplementeffectiveprocessimprovements.

Experienceleadingcross-functionalteamsandinfluencingstakeholdersinamanufacturingsetting.

Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiessimultaneously.

KnowledgeofPFMEA,process validation,quality systems,andmanufacturingbestpractices.

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswiththeabilitytocommunicateeffectivelyatallorganizationallevels.

Self-motivated,results-oriented,andhighlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetail.

Abilitytotravelupto
20% andperformworkinbothofficeandmanufacturingenvironments,including standing,walking,andoccasionalliftingwithassistance.
