What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Digital Content Creator, you’ll manage and execute digital marketing and social media strategies across our nationwide portfolio:
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies
- Manage property social media access, logins, and platform setup
- Track performance using analytics, ROI reporting, and ad dashboards
- Optimize creatives and ad campaigns for performance and engagement
- Troubleshoot ad issues as the main liaison with Meta Support
- Oversee ad setup to ensure company brand and standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams on video, drone content, and multimedia assets
- Film, edit, and publish engaging social content
- Report KPIs and insights to leadership

Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1+ year experience in social media advertising and social media management
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Canva or similar design platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced marketing environment
