What you'll be doing...

As a Product Demand Senior Manager, you will play a critical role within the Growth Marketing team, directly supporting, and reporting to the Associate Director, Growth Marketing Product Demand. You will be instrumental in the creation and implementation of integrated demand marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, specifically focusing on AI Connect and positioning Verizon as the ideal partner to power today's AI ecosystem with speed, security and reliability.

You will also work closely with peers to integrate with ongoing strategic portfolio campaigns, including IoT/FWA, Private Wireless Network and Managed Network Services (MNS), etc.

In addition, develop messaging that highlights Verizon's unique value and addresses customer concerns, create and implement a strategic marketing plan focused on high-potential customers and markets, and build a collaborative, knowledge-sharing sales community and provide ongoing support and resources to empower the sales team to effectively communicate company value.

You will serve as a central point of coordination between product marketing, field marketing, sales, and solutions teams across Verizon Business Group segments.

In this role, you will:

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated demand marketing campaigns to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and segment marketing, to guarantee campaign success.

  • Organize the marketing go-to-market campaign strategy.

  • Establish campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging strategies based on data-driven insights and market research.

  • Advise product and product marketing teams on key customer and market trends, customer product needs and requirements, and customer-facing and sales enablement content.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between product, marketing, sales, and solutions.

  • Proactively engage with product, sales, segment marketing, and solutions teams to assess MNS, Security, and CX needs, goals, and challenges.

  • Develop briefs and plans for integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure clear communication channels and regular governance processes with all stakeholders.

  • Provide updates on campaign progress, performance, and results.

  • Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve marketing efforts.

  • Track and measure performance against key metrics.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience in marketing solutions in the technology space.

  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing programs and business results.

  • Knowledge of marketing best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and lead generation.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and strategy development experience.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and Public Sector.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

  • Problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
