SAMII is a university recruiting platform designed to match students with organizationally relevant employer companies. Our Intelligent Matching Technology™ matches candidates with potential employers that align with their career goals and organizational fit.

We help candidates discover the most relevant employers based on their preferences, empowering them throughout the recruitment process by easily sharing career goals, ideal values as well as social consciousness. Throughout your SAMII Internship you’ll be responsible for recruiting early adopters, conducting market research to gauge audience interest, gathering user data, facilitating user feedback, and evangelizing SAMII across your campus.

The result of your work will culminate in a market fit analysis to be used in future enhancements to the SAMII platform.

• Demonstrate the ability to present an overview of SAMII
• Identify opportunities to recruit students onto the SAMII platform
• Leverage campus connections and networking opportunities to expand early adopter opportunities
• Build campus-wide student organizational relationships to drive user engagement
• Participate in the continued development of the platform by collecting and helping to synthesize user feedback
• Plan and facilitate incremental user feedback sessions
• Create a physical and virtual movement that supports the growth of SAMII
• Leverage social media networks to evangelize and recruit students
• Support SAMII social media marketing efforts
• Participate in promoting, supporting and working on AdHoc projects as needed

• Enrolled in a Colorado College or University
• Are a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior+
• Interested in solving unique challenges
• Excel at creating and maintaining relationships with individual students and student organizations
• Possess a high level of self-motivation with little direct supervision
• Excited to embrace the startup/entrepreneurial spirit to build our user base
• Possesses a Growth mindset, hungry to learn, and are genuinely interested in revolutionizing student career services
• Working knowledge of our toolset:
  Computer, Email, Spreadsheets, and Slack
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• The Campus Ambassador is a part-time hourly position with bonuses for achieving user acquisition goals.
• $12 plus per hour
