Marketing B2B Position
Develop, execute, and follow up on B2B marketing strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and enhancing corporate clients, generating commercial opportunities for the sales team, strengthening the brand's positioning in the business market, and contributing to the growth of the telecommunications business.
Execute B2B marketing campaigns for corporate telecommunications services, connectivity, cloud solutions, and value-added services.
Coordinate with the digital team to generate qualified leads, ensuring an adequate nurturing process to convert them into commercial opportunities.
Manage 360° marketing actions, including digital campaigns, offline activities, corporate events, and actions aimed at the business segment.
Develop and update corporate communication materials, commercial presentations, support pieces, and resources to strengthen the value proposition for B2B clients.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, evaluating indicators such as lead generation, conversion rate, return on investment, and commercial effectiveness.
Work together with the B2B commercial team to ensure that marketing actions are aligned with sales objectives and business growth.
Manage the relationship with suppliers, external agencies, and strategic allies, ensuring efficient, timely, and aligned execution to the area's requirements.
Design customer loyalty and experience actions for corporate clients, strengthening the points of contact within the B2B customer journey.
Prepare management reports, campaign results, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations for decision-making.
Support the execution of strategic marketing projects that contribute to brand positioning and the achievement of commercial objectives.
University degree completed in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
Required Knowledge
B2B marketing and corporate account management.
Design and execution of demand generation campaigns.
Inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Management and analysis of leads, conversion funnel, and B2B customer journey.
Digital marketing, corporate communication, and brand positioning.
Coordination of corporate events and commercial activations.
Management of CRM and marketing automation tools like Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Analysis of marketing indicators, ROI, conversion, and campaign performance.
Management of planning and follow-up tools like Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar.
Basic project management knowledge. PMP desirable.
Intermediate English desired.
