What You'll Do:

Develop and execute member engagement and retention strategies
Create personalized campaigns that drive product adoption and loyalty
Manage marketing automation, audience segmentation, and targeted communications
Analyze campaign performance and optimize member journeys
Collaborate across teams to support marketing initiatives and member communications

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
3-5 years of marketing experience
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
Strong project management and communication skills
Preferred:
Financial services experience, Alkami/Segmint knowledge, and AI tool experience

Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule available for eligible employees
In-office presence required Tuesdays and Thursdays
Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. and event support
