Manager, Global Brand Marketing Analytics
At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you're welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you're not expected to fit a mold.
You're encouraged to break it and create something better.
We are seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing Analytics to build and own the marketing measurement and analytics capability for the Crocs brand across global and tier 1 markets. Reporting into the Director of Brand Marketing Strategy, you'll be at the center of how we understand marketing impact. This involves owning brand tracking, assessment of activation efforts, and go-to-market analytics that turn data into clear, strategic action.
You'll partner closely with regional & channel marketing, demand planning, corporate consumer insights, and cross-functional teams to connect marketing investment to business results, while encouraging AI-enabled tools and modern analytics practices.
Own and improve the ecosystem for marketing data insights, including brand efficiency monitoring, activation measurement, and campaign performance analysis. Using insights to share long-term brand strategy and in-season go-to-market decisions throughout worldwide and top-tier markets. Lead the setup and ongoing management of a new brand impact tracking portal with third-party partners, establishing the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing activities to brand health and business outcomes.
Proactively surface trends, opportunities, and risks through marketing data — including media mix efficiency, campaign return on investment, and driven benchmarking — translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Serve as a key collaborator and trusted analytics partner to demand planning, corporate consumer insights, and other metric measurement functions, embedding marketing performance data into enterprise-wide planning and decision-making. Support go-to-market strategy through meticulous measurement of all brand activations, including experimentation methods (A/B testing, market experiments) that optimize marketing spend and creative efficiency.
Foster the use of AI-enabled tools and modern analytics platforms to continuously improve how marketing impact is collected, analyzed, visualized, and activated across the organization. Serve as the central point of contact for marketing analytics and performance reporting, building dashboards, reporting cadences, and self-service tools that drive adoption, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across brand marketing teams. Drive continuous improvement in measurement methodologies, data accuracy, and analytics guidelines — ensuring the marketing analytics function evolves alongside the brand's global growth ambitions.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science, or a related field — or equivalent years of relevant and related experience. At least 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing measurement, or marketing insights, preferably within a consumer brand, retail, or footwear environment. Proven expertise with AI-enabled analytics tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI for insights, machine learning for predictive modeling, AI-powered dashboards) alongside proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Deep experience with brand tracking, media measurement, campaign analytics, and test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, incremental studies, marketing mix modeling). Strong ability to transform sophisticated, multi-market data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations that influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Experience leading third-party research and analytics vendors — ensuring strong methodologies, high data quality, and timely delivery of actionable outputs.
Self-starter with a bias for action — takes ownership, moves work forward, and navigates ambiguity with confidence in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong collaborator and communicator who can partner successfully across marketing, demand planning, market research, and commercial teams to embed analytics into everyday decision-making.
