Jena Griswold's Campaign for Colorado Attorney General is seeking a Caucus and Assembly Organizer! This is a full-time position that will conclude in April 2026 unless extended. The organizer will help execute the campaign's field activities, including ballot access, political outreach, and volunteer management. The primary responsibilities include:

• Foster relationships with local community leaders
• Organize, recruit for, and support statewide volunteer activities, including phone banks, County Lead program, and other initiatives
• Assist the Organizing Director with outreach to potential caucus-goers, including phone banking, and attending State and County Party Events
• Staff political and volunteer events
• Other political or organizing-related tasks as needed
• Call democratic activists
• Organize around the democratic caucus

Ideal Qualifications Include:

• Previous campaign experience
• A strong and thoughtful attention to detail
• Experience building relationships with campaign partners
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively
• Reliable transportation
• Located in Colorado
