Part-Time Agency Partner Coordinator
A Precious Child, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. We envision a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community.
The Agency Partner Coordinator manages relationships with A Precious Child's network of 300+ community partners, including schools, nonprofits, and government agencies, to ensure smooth and meaningful collaboration, communication, and compliance. This role also maintains partner records in our database and supports process improvements that strengthen service delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in partnership management, customer service, or community engagement, is highly organized and people-oriented, and passionate about helping children and families thrive.
Hours:
Part-time, 20 hours per week. Flexible hours, hybrid.
Reports To:
Program Impact & Partnerships Director
Partnership Management
- Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial partnerships by identifying opportunities for Agency Partners to leverage A Precious Child programs and services while increasing engagement, collaboration, and impact for the children and families we collectively serve
- Coordinate the onboarding of new Agency Partners and Agency Partner liaisons, including applications, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), orientations, and training to ensure partners are equipped for successful participation
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Agency Partners through timely, professional communication and ongoing support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner questions, providing guidance on program policies, procedures, and available resources
Communication & Engagement
- Manage the Agency Partner communication strategy, including the shared inbox, newsletters, announcements, and meeting coordination
- Develop, maintain, and update partner-facing training materials and resource guides to ensure information remains accurate and accessible
- Coordinate and facilitate Agency Partner meetings, trainings, and networking opportunities
- Lead tours of A Precious Child for Agency Partners and other community stakeholders, communicating the organization's mission, programs, and partnership opportunities
- Represent A Precious Child at community meetings, partner events, and outreach opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand organizational visibility
Database & Portal Management
- Maintain accurate Agency Partner records within the client database (Captain Systems), ensuring data integrity and up-to-date documentation
- Support users in navigating the Agency Partner Portal and related systems by providing troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Monitor partner information and system usage to identify issues, analyze engagement patterns, improve data quality, and support efficient operations
Partner Administration & Compliance
- Prepare, track, and manage Memorandums of Understanding throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Document partner interactions, communications, and follow-up activities within and other organizational systems
- Monitor partner compliance with program requirements, reporting expectations, and partnership commitments, providing proactive follow-up and support as needed
- Maintain organized partnership records to support accountability, reporting, and organizational continuity
Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and a seamless partner experience
- Lead recurring internal coordination meetings to share updates, identify challenges, and align cross-departmental efforts
- Identify opportunities to improve partnership processes, documentation, and workflows that enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction
Other duties
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience…
