About the Role

Are you a storyteller who loves connecting people to a mission? Christian Living Communities is looking for a Director of Annual Giving to lead our fundraising efforts and build lasting relationships with donors who make our work possible.

You'll craft compelling appeals, manage donor data, and design strategies that grow giving year over year - all while working closely with our Communications, Philanthropy, and Finance teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead fundraising strategy - Build and run our annual giving plan, set goals, and manage a calendar of appeals, campaigns, and events across mail, email, digital, and social channels
  • Write compelling content - Create donor-centered appeals, newsletters, acknowledgements, and event materials that tell our story and inspire giving

  • Run events & grants - Plan fundraising events from budget to execution, and help manage our grant strategy and submissions
